President
I have been in this trade for more than forty years, and I have seen just about everything the construction and utility world can throw at a man. I built my career in heavy construction and underground utilities, leading crews, running job sites, and keeping production steady long before most people knew this industry existed. I have spent decades working with drills, missiles, utility installs, and solving problems out in the dirt where it matters.
I have worked on federal projects with the Army Corps of Engineers, where safety and precision are nonnegotiable. Those years shaped how I train people, how I run a crew, and how I approach every job with discipline and respect for the work.
After four decades, I bring real experience, steady leadership, and the kind of practical knowledge you only earn by doing the work day after day. I know how to keep a crew productive and how to get a job done the right way.
Jared Humphrey
Director of Operations
I am a leadership driven tradesman with more than a decade in heavy construction, underground utilities, and field management. I spent thirteen years running crews, handling quality control, and keeping projects moving under tight deadlines. I have worked on high level federal projects with the Army Corps of Engineers and NASA, where the standards for safety, accuracy, and execution are as strict as it gets.
I bring a strong background in people management, problem solving, and field operations, backed by confined space certifications, trench safety training, and AGC leadership development. My experience across large scale infrastructure and government work taught me how to manage crews, equipment, and production in a way that keeps jobs moving and delivers consistent results on every project.
